We have been here a few times and it is very remiss of me not to have left a review.
This restaurant is outstanding. Really. Outstanding. The sort of food you would expect to sit down and enjoy in one of the world's major cities. And yet we have it here on our doorstep in Mt Hawthorn. Lucky us.

Great quality food, super tasty but super small.
We went with some friend and I believe the cost was quite steep for the amount of food provided.
I believe the assorted sashimi price was reasonable as it was outstanding, however the prices for the hot shared food were too high for what was served.
Personally I also believe the waiters were a bit pushy.
This just became one of my new favourite Japanese place! Service was friendly, the food was so good. Best dishes for me was the assorted tacos especially the spicy salmon and the eggplant filling, the assorted sashimi plate was amazing, unami chips with chilli mayo and the wagyu tataki which just melted in your mouth. FYI this place is BYO beer, wine and sake.
I journeyed from Brisbane to Perth with the sole purpose of savoring the renowned culinary delights of Pepe's establishment!
My visit for business purposes turned into an absolute delight, owing to the wonderful ambiance, outstanding gastronomy, and impeccable service at this fine establishment.
The dining experience, marked by remarkable food and impeccable service, has left a lasting impression. I eagerly anticipate suggesting to my colleagues, friends, and family that they partake in this exceptional dining venture.
No longer do I need to venture to Tokyo to satisfy my craving for exceptional cuisine; Pepe's has undoubtedly set a new standard for excellence!

Nice atmosphere and staff were friendly. The food were nice but I was excepting more so it not really a big WOW for me.
A fusion Japanese place near our place that we always want to try. There are limited items on the menu, we ordered assorted sashimi, taco, umami fries and spicy tuna roll and theyre all quite nice. And there are many things we want to try next time. We'll be back!
The menu was great in a lot of ways, the salmon, the Wagyu and the chips were great and the cod was worth every bit!
It's BYO alcohol which is good in some ways, just be prepared.
The staff know their menu, definitely give it a go 🙂
Can't decide.... lacking some service from the floor staff considering the price for the food and inside decor was very average..... I don't want to leave any negative impression for those who have not experienced this restaurant yet but to me, with this price I would have better options elsewhere. Sorry guys... but not been impressive overall.
